So, in your business, when the P&L is all said and done, is there any requirement to measure in the salaries and day to day expenses of the devoted editors and staff members that work on the book into the larger picture? Or is that extra cost just considered to be included in on the staffing side of things, when your bosses determine that editor X will be responsible for putting out Y books per year?
